One workforce record behind everything

Every pre-shift inspection, scan, incident and certification points to the same employee. One question, "what has this person done and were they certified?", gets one answer.

Ontario rules first, more to come

The first release builds in Ontario: Reg. 851 equipment pre-shift inspections, WSIB clearance and liability insurance for contractors, and ESA electronic-monitoring acknowledgments. Other provinces, territories and US states follow in future releases.

Certification intervals, retention periods and checklists are configurable data, shipped as starter defaults for your own legal and OHS advisors to confirm.

Rules no screen can bypass

Locked-out equipment cannot scan. Uncertified operators cannot start an inspection. Expired contractors cannot gate in. These live in the database, so every device and integration obeys them.

True multi-tenant isolation

Each organisation is separated by row-level security in PostgreSQL, and retail clients see only their own stock in the portal. The restriction is enforced in the database, not in screens.

A tamper-evident audit trail

Changes to people, equipment, racking and billing are written to a hash-chained log. Any edit to history can be detected.

Portable by design

Containerized with Docker on standard PostgreSQL, with no proprietary cloud services and no lock-in. It runs on a single server today, and we package it for your cloud when a project calls for it.
